Detail
One of the biggest dilemmas of slaughterhouses is to measure the percentage of slaughter facility, and to know how many percent each type, depending on its type and quality, will have wastes and pure productivity. At present, the final weight of the slaughter is measured by floor weighbridges with user intervention. As we know, human errors at the time of burden weight and even misrepresentation of display weight are one of the factors affecting the calculation of slaughter weight. The R&D department has taken action to develop an automation device to measure the net final weight of the chicken slaughterhouse by conducting field studies and analysis of problems and finding possible solutions. Having a strong central processor and intelligent control of the load, the device calculates the input of all its function efficiency and sends its comprehensive report to the central computer at the end of the slaughter. The slaughterhouse weighbridge machine is located at the end of the slaughter line and after extracting the slaughtered chicken. The measurement accuracy of the device at the end of the slaughter operation is 0.02%. This error percentage will be an acceptable result for data entry.
